Chef’s Surf & Turf Experience Filet mignon and lobster tail served with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and roasted seasonal vegetables. A rich, elevated meal perfect for intimate dinners and special occasions.

Southern Luxe Dinner Options

Bold flavors, rich textures, and unapologetic comfort. Crab legs with signature Cajun butter Steak or lamb chop entrée, grilled or pan-seared Garlic butter shrimp skewers Lobster Mac and cheese or baked pasta, Roasted corn or green beans. Signature house sauces

Brunch After Dark Late-morning energy with a little grown-folks flair. Shrimp and creamy grits, Chicken and waffles, Smoked turkey sausage or bacon. Breakfast potatoes, Southern Collard Greens and Mac & Cheese. Fresh fruit display, Mini pastries or dessert bites. 

Sip, Stack and Graze Ideal for cocktail hours, private parties, and curated social events. Artisan cheeses and cured meats, Fresh and dried fruits, Nuts, olives, and spreads, Crackers, crostini, and flatbreads, Mini dessert accent.  Often paired with cocktails, mocktails, or wine experiences.

The Culinary Experience

At Kemplexity, I don’t offer fixed menus or one-size-fits-all packages — that’s never been my approach.

I’ve created experiences of all sizes over the years — from intimate gatherings to large-scale events of 100, 200, and 500 guests — and that range is exactly what allows me to now specialize in micro-events with intention.

 

Smaller gatherings give me the freedom to focus on the details, the flow, and the personal touches that take an event beyond just good food. But whether your experience is intimate or expansive, the same level of care, execution, and creativity is always present.

 

When you book with me, you’re not simply hiring someone to cook. You’re bringing in my eye, my care, my creativity, and my hands-on involvement from start to finish.

 

The menus listed are sample experiences designed to give you a sense of my style, flavor profiles, and overall approach. Your final menu is always created specifically for your event, your guests, and the energy you want to set — with thoughtful chef-led direction throughout.
